Bill picked up I explained what happened. Bill had a Technician over at my house in under an hour. He sent Ash the Technician and had the old hot water heater removed and new one installed in under 3 hours!!!!! Workmanship and quality of work was top notch. Bill thank you so much for being there when in need. For all your heating and cooling needs you need to go to 123 heating and cooling. Was treated like family. His prices were way better than other competitors on Staten Island .

"Really experienced and talented people, with very affordable prices, they came at night and couldn’t find open suppliers to get the parts, so they went and got me 3 electric heaters and made sure we had heat for the cold night!! The next day they came early morning with the original parts and replaced it, meanwhile one person was cleaning the duct and vents, and kept the furniture intact! I requested them to install a new split unit in my bedroom as well. They even gave me couple advices to reduce my gas and electric bill!! Highly recommended in Staten island area"
